Connectief supports actions that lead to a smooth transition of students or trainees in labour market oriented training to the labour market. Connectief distinguishes itself by facilitating this crucial step from education to employment. Thanks to the global project approach, at least all Flemish learners can participate in our initiatives. Empowerment of schools is paramount in all projects. Connectief’s role is therefore always to evolve from supporter to partner. The ultimate goal is to support pupils and students to go through a conscious learning process, aimed at the integration of new technologies, digitalisation, innovation and globalisation and the acquisition of corresponding/required competencies.

Connectief’s activities aime all learners within the active working population.

FACILITATING PROJECTS: detecting synergies and discussing suitable themes with our partners. Connectief wants to actively look for these new challenges and in this way inspire partners and policy to take project proposals to heart.

PROJECT STEERING: finding and selecting stakeholders for the content and implementation of our projects and supporting experiments that lead to a sustainable approach.

FUNDRAISING AND DISSIMINATION OF PROJECTS: Connectief seeks funding for its projects through a variety of channels. Via its existing projects, Connectief has a broad network in over 250 schools and training centres in Belgium. Initiatives that fit its own mission can therefore be disseminated in this network through Connectief channels.
