Through the ErasDu project, pupils from VET can do a short individual work placement abroad through the Erasmus+ program. Special needs pupils from similar disciplines can also participate.

And there is more! Teachers and staff from VET can take part in jobshadowing activities at a partner organization abroad.

The VET institution itself does not have to submit a project application: entering into a free cooperation agreement with Connectief is sufficient.

Erasmus+ KA220 VET project: LOGIPRO – Integrating Logistics Processes in Practice Enterprises (lead: COFEP)

The LOGIPRO project aims to develop a work based learning programme that prepares European VET students for an advanced logistics education in higher education (HE) or for a job within a logistics company.

To increase inflow from experienced VET students into logistics HE programmes and companies, we want to implement the practice enterprise (PE) methodology  in logistics educational programmes and set up pilots for logistics PEs in VET schools in the partner countries.

By using the PE methodology we are certain that this project can reduce the mismatch between the skills people are taught and the skills needed by the sector.

More information is available on the project website.

Erasmus+ YOUTH project: FEMPOWER – Female Empowerment: Leaders of the Future (partner: COFEP)
The key objective of the FEMPOWER – Female Empowerment: Leaders of the Future project is to develop and reinforce female leadership skills and empower young women within the innovative work-based learning environment of the Practice Enterprise.

The consortium will cooperate to develop a Female Leadership and Empowerment Mini-Course Programme through which young participants, especially female trainees, are more likely to emerge as leaders and understand the realities of the labour market and better adapt to new trends in the recruitment process.

Erasmus+ KA220 VET project: ENGAGE – Traineeships with practice enterprise (partner: COFEP)

ENGAGE aims to offer a flexible, innovative and inclusive Practice Enterprise Traineeship that is adaptable to the future needs and requirements of the labour market.

The objective of the project is not to create a substitute for in-company internships, rather it aims to provide a complementary alternative traineeship opportunity that offers an inclusive and flexible work-based learning option for VET trainees. The ENGAGE project will adapt the traditional Practice Enterprise program into a traineeship model to offer an alternative solution of work-based placements that closely match a real-world company in cases where VET students are unable to secure an internship that includes work-based components.
